Bulls & Bears presents Downtown Hagerstown with a unique experience featuring American cuisine in a New York style atmosphere. Join us in the Bull Pen each weekday and all day on Sunday's for Happy Hour and enjoy reduced drink prices. Depending on the time of the year, we feature NASCAR, football, basketball specials, Call restaurant for details. Wine is available for you and your guests - and if you don't finish the entire bottle, we’ll provide you with a special wine "doggie bag" that will seal your bottle, allowing you to take it home to enjoy later. We also feature a unique children's menu that your kids will be delighted to take home with them. And, make sure to sign up for our Special Occasion Club to receive coupons for future use. Bulls & Bears has transformed the original facility into a contemporary new restaurant designed to take full advantage of the downtown Hagerstown atmosphere. From your car door to our door, the only place in town where you don't have to weather the elements. Parking available in the Arts & Entertainment Parking Garage, off Washington and Antietam Streets, connected to the Potomac Walk at level three, where you can enter Bull's and Bear's Restaurant & Pub or shop at Trader's on Potomac Convenience Store. Hours of Operation: Sunday Brunch, 11am - 2pm Bar: Monday thru Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday & Saturday 11am-1am and Sunday 12pm-11pm Happy Hour: Monday thru Friday 4pm-6pm after the New York Stock Exchange closes.
